Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take my order to ship?

Underbite Pet Boutique is a one-woman show most days!  I do my best to get packages shipped ASAP.  Depending on the shipping you choose, your package could take up to a week to reach you.  I will always alert customers when I am unavailable to ship so that you know what to expect.  Due to the pandemic, shipping times can vary, so I appreciate your patience!

 

Can I make returns?

Underbite Pet Boutique accepts returns for intact, unused items.  Return requests must be made within 30 days of item receipt.  If you would like to make a return, please submit a request on the Contact page with the name of the item and reason for return.  Once I have received the return, you will receive a refund for your purchase (barring any issues with the item).

 

How does local delivery work?

I make local deliveries within 25 miles of my shipping location in Angier, NC.  If you would like a local delivery, select the option at checkout and enter your address.  I will be in contact to let you know when the delivery will be made.  Please be aware that I have a full-time job, so local delivery may have to be scheduled on the weekends or after work hours.

 

Why do you not have the same item I ordered before?

One of my main goals for Underbite Pet Boutique is to support other small businesses.  Because of that, inventory may change frequently and items may be of limited supply.  I will do my best to restock popular items when feasible.  Take pride in knowing that your purchases are supporting small businesses and makers!  I always aim to give my wholesalers advertising on my social media pages, so check there if you find a brand you love!
